Open Enrollment is NOW
Open Enrollment is happening NOW for AEA Members who are part of the Public Employees Health Trust (PEHT). If you are an AEA member, you must opt in or opt out by June 12 at 5pm. If you get your health care coverage elsewhere, you must opt out. If you already use PEHT insurance, you have to opt in again this year due to change in tiering. This is also the time to change plans if you like.
Most of this information was sent in an email to your AEA-registered email from the AEA President on May 14.
Open enrollment for Flexible Spending Accounts ends tomorrow 5/22. This is separate from PEHT/AEA and needs to be completed through the district. It is totally optional but a great option for some. For more info, check out the previous post: “What is an FSA?”
