I am a 5th year teacher who just wants to make your life a little easier– by making it a little harder for a minute!
Most things I share with my friends cause them a little extra stress to start with. Lots of young educators live in a blissful ignorance bubble, because we have to. When you encounter 150 unique students every day, each with their own dreams and struggles, any problem that isn’t tugging on your sleeve or storming out of your classroom doesn’t really feel like a problem, right? Unfortunately, there are a lot of things that fly under our radar and get missed in the bottom of District Connect emails. That’s where I come in. I am going to bug you to do all these five minute tasks you have been putting off in order to maximize your salary, save you money, and help you use your time on the stuff that’s really important: our students and our personal growth.
